3. The final copy of your Ryan White essay is due tomorrow. Make your final revisions on the wiki. Copy it from the wiki and paste it to a word document. Select all and make sure that it is written in 12 pt font, Times New Roman. Please double space the text. Remember to include your heading in the upper left corner and center your title. If you are having printer issues, please e-mail the completed document to me as a word file.

2. Revise and edit your persuasive essay based on the feedback you received in class today. If you feel the feedback isn't helpful, simply use the check list you were given today and check your essay yourself. You may also ask a parent to check it as well - remember that this first evaluation is for form ONLY. You are checking to see that all of the necessary elements are present in your essay.
3. Consult the website www.distinguishedwomen.com/subject.php?FieldId=29mi to check out 5 different women as possible subjects for your research. You will write your proposal in class on Friday after the vocabulary test.

1. Complete the prewriting packet for your Ryan White persuasive essay. Remember that this is prewriting, so your responses should be bulleted items. EVERY question or direction should be addressed! DO NOT leave any blank - the only way I know what you are struggling with is if I can see your thinking on paper.
2. Unit 9 vocabulary test is on Friday. Review session is Friday morning at 7:15. E-mail me for a pass if you'd like to come.
3. We go to the book fair tomorrow. Bring money if you'd like to purchase some books, especially since we are going on the last day of the fair.
